The International Student’s sports conference was held from 10 to 14 December in Zlatibor.  The conference aimed to bring together students from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education from the region to network, encourage international volunteerism, share experiences and receive new information from industry experts.
This year’s lecturers were prof. Prof. Duško Ilić, PhD Goran Nesic, PhD, Snezana Lakicevic, PhD, Darija Tankosic, Ana Dimitrijevic, Strahinja Stojkovic, Andrija Geric, prof. Zoran Savić.  Some of the topics presented were “European Sports Development Programs”, “Entrepreneurship in Sport”, “How to present a sports project to the investor”, “Analytics and diagnostics in sport”, “Elite sport – a demystification of success factors” …
One of the topics at the conference was the presentation of the 5th European Universities Games, which will be held in Belgrade from 12 to 25 July next year.  EUG 2020 academic sector manager Milos Obradovic presented to students how the organizational team is preparing for the largest project in Serbia next year, which will bring together around 6,500 students from across Europe, as well as 2,300 volunteers and 150 rectors during the Rector’s conference.
Students were extremely interested in the EUG 2020 project, and some of them already applied for volunteering next summer.
